A variable speed, multi-stage, super high-efficiency furnace is coupled with a heat-pump air conditioner to bring you maximum efficiency, optimal comfort, and the smallest carbon footprint possible all year round. RECLAIMED WOODVintage hardwood floors from the previous home on this site were salvaged prior to demolition. We repurposed these lovely oak floors into custom architectural features throughout the home including the coffered ceiling in the dining room. Our goal was to minimize the amount of waste being sent to the landfill.
